Junior Rugby

The Saxons are running two junior teams this year: Under 19 Girls and U18 Boys. These teams will compete in the TRU East Division against Belleville, Oshawa, Peterborough and Lindsay.

The first games for our Junior Saxons have been set

June 25    Belleville Bulldogs vs Saxons U18 Boys and U19 Girls

July 2       Saxons U19 Girls vs Oshawa Vikings

                 Saxons U18 Boys vs Peterborough Pagans

• Men's and Women's seasons are in full swing and practices are being held at CDCI East.

• Keep your Moosehead and Carlsberg beer receipts coming. Remember you must ask for an itemized receipt, your bank card receipt won't do.

Registration

The ORU and TRU are requiring that clubs register their players by mid April.

All Senior players need to be registered by Apri 15, 2008

Saxon Mythology | Saxon Tours | Line of Presidents Saxon Hardware | Saxon Awards Registration & Dues The TRU is advising its clubs that an UNREGISTERED player participating in any game or practice is not covered by their insurance. For this reason we need to have all players registered as quickly as possible. We will be organizing registration dates in the very near future. Please make it a priority to come out and fill out the paper work and pay your dues. We need to have the majority of our Sr. players registered by April 1st! This is just over one month away. As for dues, we have been forced to raise the 2008 dues slightly to $230 for a Sr. Player, $210 for Sr. Students and we have yet to determine the dues for junior players. Dues this year will include one pair of club socks.
